Product Information
Each jar of WILLOWS Wild Yam Cream contains 60g of product and is packed and sealed in an amber glass jar for your protection and the longest shelf life. Product should be used within 6 months of opening. Proudly & lovingly made in Alberta, Canada following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Please note, the color of the product may vary from time to time which represents the color of the natural ingredients when extracted. This is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.
Ingredients:
- Dioscorea Villosa(wild yam) oil extract 10g from dry root powder
- Vitex Agnus-Castus(chaste tree berry) oil extract 0.75g from dry fruit
- Aloe Barbadensis(aloe vera) inner leaf gel 30 micrograms(with natural preservative)
- Tocopheryl Acetate(vitamin E) 16iu
- Contains high quality olive oil(non-GMO) and/or grapeseed oil as herbal extract
- Base of Grade A organic Shea Butter

Where to Apply
For External Use Only. Apply recommended dosage on a tender area of skin such as the inside of arms, thighs, chest, neck or breasts, alternating location for each application. The product will be best absorbed in these areas.

For menstrual pain and spasms
The first day of your period is considered Day 1. On Day 5, begin by applying 1/8th of a 5 ml teaspoon in the morning and evening. On Day 19 - 28, increase to ¼ teaspoon twice a day and stop using on Day 28.

For menopause and pre or post menopause
The first day of your period is Day 1. Begin on Day 7 by applying 1/8th of a 5 ml teaspoon as mentioned above to a tender area of skin both in the morning and evening. Continue through to Day 20, then increase to ¼ teaspoon twice daily until Day 28, at which time you will stop using the cream.
For women who have not had a period in many months, or for those who have had a hysterectomy and do not know when to begin, simply choose a day to be Day 7 and start the protocol above.
